HOW TO RECEIVE DIGITAL TICKETS PURCHASE AT RIO CARNAVAL CENTER

 Now your Grandstands Tickets and Front Box (Frisas) for every Sambadrome Sector is Digital tickets (QR code).

The digital tickets will be available 15 days before Carnival.

After purchase, you receive our Voucher by email, which is your purchase confirmation. Then 15 days before carnival We will contact you by Phone (Whatsapp) and transfer the ticket to your QUENTRO APP. The Qr Code is only available close to carnival.

 How to access my digital tickets bought with Rio Carnaval Center ?

– Download the QUENTRO app on your Phone.

– CREATE A QUENTRO ACCOUNT IN THE APP.

We will transfer the tickets from our Quentro account to the buyer Quentro Account. Only by February 2027.

• Keep your phone Charged, We will scan the QR code in the Quentro app upon entry. Make sure your cell phone is charged when you arrive at the event location.
• Use your QUENTRO account to enter the application, use a valid email, preferably the same one used to purchase your tickets with us, also using the same details as the ticket buyer.
• Verify your Personal Details. Avoid identification problems! Check your account and ticket details before entry to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Buy Rio Sambadrome Tickets in Advance. Don’t wait to buy your tickets last minute so everything is already organized when you enter.

ATTENTION FOR THE RULES:

1. DIGITAL TICKETS, once delivered and confirmed by the customer, will no longer be possible to cancel.
2. DIGITAL TICKETS are non-transferable.
3. PHYSICAL OR DIGITAL TICKETS, once delivered, the responsibility will fall to the CUSTOMER/RECEIVER.
4. IN THE EVENT OF LOSS, THEFT OR THEFT OF PHYSICAL TICKETS OR THE DEVICE WHERE THE DIGITAL TICKET WAS ACCEPTED, it is the CUSTOMER’S responsibility and cannot be replaced or canceled by our company.

THE PHYSIC LOCATION STILL AVAILABLE IN CASE YOU DO NOT WANT TO DO THE DIGITAL TICKET PROCESS BY YOURSELF. Our team in Barra and at Vila Mar Copacabana will be in the carnival week at your disposal to help with the digital ticket.

FRISA AND CAMAROTES STILL PHYSICAL TICKETS AND NEED TO BE PICKED UP AT THE SELECTED LOCATION.
